Within 3 business days, if the candidate’s profile matches the role, our recruiter will contact them and keep you updated.

The candidate goes through our hiring process, and we’ll share the final outcome with you.

Once the candidate completes probation, your bonus will be transferred to your bank card.

If the candidate does not join the company within this period, the bonus is not awarded.
The candidate should be aware of the vacancy and open to exploring career opportunities with QATestLab.
The first submitted referral is prioritized — our system records the date and time.
Duplicate referrals don’t count if the candidate was already recommended within the last 3 months.
Self-referrals are not allowed, but you are always welcome to apply directly through our open roles.
The referral is valid only if the candidate hasn’t applied for similar roles at QATestLab in the past 2 months.
The candidate must not be actively interviewing for any other open positions within the company.
