Your referral — your bonus

Anyone who is not currently employed by QATestLab.

Fill out the form for any open vacancy with a Referral Program badge. Enter the candidate’s first name, last name, and email, then attach their resume.

All active openings are listed on the QATestLab career website. The list is updated regularly.

No. You can refer as many candidates as you like. A bonus is paid for every successful referral — meaning for every candidate who completes their probation period.

The bonus amount depends on the candidate’s seniority level and is displayed directly in the job posting that qualifies for the Referral Program.

The bonus is paid after the candidate completes their probation period. Payouts are processed by the 20th of the following month.

For example: if the candidate completes probation in March, you will receive the payout by April 20.

Once we confirm that the candidate has completed probation, our finance team will email you with the bonus amount and request your payment details. Payments can be transferred to a bank card from any bank or a sole proprietor (FOP) account, if applicable.

If the referral is a match for the role, the assigned recruiter will contact you within 3 business days to confirm receipt and provide an estimated feedback timeline.

The recruiter will notify you of the final decision once the hiring process is complete. During the process, you can always ask for an update, and the recruiter will confirm whether the candidate is still in the hiring process. Please note that interview details and interim results are confidential and cannot be shared.

A referral remains valid for 1 year from the submission date. If the candidate does not join the company within this 12-month timeframe, the bonus will not be awarded.

3 months for non-managerial positions and 4 months for managerial roles.

Yes. Terms may be updated based on business needs. All updates are published in advance on the QATestLab career website and through official company channels.
