QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with over 20 years of experience in e-commerce, finance, healthcare, gaming, media, and telecommunications. We specialize in manual and automated testing of web, mobile, desktop, and cloud applications.

An integral part of our company is the internal development department, which has a strong engineering culture and many years of experience. The team is responsible for the full lifecycle, development, and maintenance of various internal products that are actively used by different teams within the company. We are currently looking for a proactive Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating one of these products and ensuring effective collaboration between teams.

 We expect you to have:

• Has at least 1 year of commercial experience as a Project Manager in IT, working with full-cycle projects;
• Understanding of software development stages and the lifecycle of IT products;
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and experience using issue trackers;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and build work plans according to these priorities;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain productive relationships within the team and with stakeholders;
• Commitment to high work standards, focus on service quality, and responsibility toward the client;
• English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation.

Will be a plus:

• Technical background in Dev/QA (education, completed courses, etc.) 

Main responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle development projects — working with requirements, backlog, and roadmap;
• Plan team workload and decompose tasks (breaking down into tasks and subtasks);
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding project status;
• Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure synchronization of efforts and resources needed for the project;
• Organize internal releases and product demos;
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
