Sales Development Representative

QATestLab is an international IT outsourcing company that provides independent software testing services. We have over 20 years of experience in providing QA support to companies in various industries — from e-commerce, banking, and healthcare to gaming, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.
We are developing a sales department and are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative for our IT services. If you are keen on communication with people, the dynamic pace of work, professional challenges, and constant development, you are a perfect match.
We expect that you:
- Have at least 6 months of experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT);
- Possess English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Demonstrate strong communication skills;
- Are eager to grow in IT sales;
- Aim on long-term and high-quality results.
Will be a plus, if you:
- Have basic direct marketing skills;
- Have experience working with CRM systems;
- Have experience or interest in working with AI tools.
What will you do:
- Manage MQL database and drive leads to qualification;
- Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system;
- Conduct negotiations with clients at different levels;
- Collaborate with other departments, including Technical, Finance, and Marketing.
