QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with 20+ years of experience delivering QA support across multiple industries — from eCommerce, banking, and healthcare to gaming, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications).

We seek a Project Manager who is unafraid to solve complex problems, looks at the problem globally, thinks of ways to solve it in advance, and calculates the risks.

 We expect:

• Over 1.5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Upper-Intermediate or above level of English
• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently, including full-cycle delivery
• Understanding the stages of the project life cycle (SDLC, STLC)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and build a work plan following these priorities
• Ability to work with risks (risk analysis, risk management strategies)
• Desire to adhere to high standards of work, focus on service quality, and responsibility to the client
• Ability to work in multitasking mode
• Ability to balance between the interests of the business and the team
• Experience in product or outsourcing companies, possibly in digital agencies

Main responsibilities:

• Coordination of software testing projects
• Building and maintaining trust-based relations with clients
• Tasks planning and prioritization
• Quality control of software testing (employee reports and all artifacts) and risk analysis
• Forecasting problem moments and situations, making proposals for their solution
• Control over the terms and scope of tasks and timely notification of the client
• Recommending team expansions for projects and suggesting new or improved service solutions
• Organization of the testing team (training on the project, introduction to the course, adaptation, and preparation for interviews)
• Creating, managing, and delivering documentation and reports for clients
