Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications).
We seek a Project Manager who is unafraid to solve complex problems, looks at the problem globally, thinks of ways to solve it in advance, and calculates the risks.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of software testing projects
- Building and maintaining trust-based relations with clients
- Tasks planning and prioritization
- Quality control of software testing (employee reports and all artifacts) and risk analysis
- Forecasting potential challenges and proposing solutions to address them
- Control over the terms and scope of tasks; timely notification of the client
- Search of new ways to improve existing services
- Organization for the testing team trainings on the project, introduction to the course, adaptation, and preparation for interviews
- Maintaining and forming documentation and reporting, providing it to the client
We expect that you:
- Have 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager, experience in the role of Team Lead Customer Support is an advantage
- Have experience working in outsourcing or product companies
- Master English at the B2 level
- Have experience working with several projects at the same time (preferably full cycle projects)
- Have experience in solving problematic issues and risks on projects
- Are able to prioritize tasks and build a work plan in accordance with these priorities
- Adhere to high standards of work, focusing on quality of service and responsibility to the clients
- Are able to work in multitasking mode
- Could maintain a balance between the interests of the business and the team
