Program Operations Manager

Remotely (Ukraine)

QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with 20+ years of experience delivering QA support across multiple industries — eCommerce, banking, and healthcare to game, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.

We are looking for a proactive Program Operations Manager for one of our directions. If you are a true problem solver and a Leader who inspires by example – this vacancy is for you!

We expect that you:

  • Have experience in leading a team of 5+ people for at least 2 years (managed workload, influenced reviews, hiring, and firing)
  • Know English at an Upper-Intermediate+ level
  • Have experience working with clients, can resolve contentious project issues and collaboration with the client and team
  • Consider yourself a multitasking person
  • Have a technical background

Will be a plus:

  • Have experience in the IT field
  • Have worked with foreign clients
  • Have experience in upselling services

Main responsibilities:

  • Organize the work of the software testing team: communication within the team, assisting in the adaptation of new members, controlling the execution of development plans
  • Manage software testing projects: coordinate Project Managers of these projects, control deadlines and quality of project execution
  • Communicate with Sales managers from the moment of receiving an incoming lead to the project start: participate in PreSale meetings, organize the preparation of a new project estimate and its pilot launch and contract signing
  • Support collaboration with the client after project completion
  • Maintain project and technical documentation, reporting
