Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.)
Now we are looking for a driven and motivated Marketing Specialist (B2B), who will be responsible for the company’s marketing activities and implementing new ideas.
We expect that you:
- Have 2 years of experience in marketing (1+ year in B2B)
- Know how to independently configure analytics
- Have been working with configuring and running advertising campaigns in Google, LinkedIn and Meta for 1.5 years
- Understand the importance of the brand and use the tools to elevate it
- Understand modern methodologies – CJM, JTBD (will be a plus)
- Have working experience with neural networks (will be a plus)
- Master English at the B1 level
- Have leadership skills, make decisions independently and take responsibility for your results
Main responsibilities:
- Independently plan marketing for assigned area
- Analyze marketing data (traffic, conversions, ROI, GA4), track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and report on KPIs
- Work with target audiences, analyze, and create ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Plan digital advertising channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing
- Plan email marketing activities
- Seek new lead generation sources
- Conduct competitor analysis and market monitoring to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze user behavior and their website journey
- Work on the website (increasing lead generation efficiency)
- Create technical specifications for creating advertising materials (texts, banners) for copywriters, designers, and analysts
- Develop a content strategy and content plan for social media
