We are looking for a talented Junior Marketing Specialist (B2B) with an analytical mindset, who will join us in solving the company’s marketing challenges and is ready for new opportunities and great results.

What you will be doing:

• Participating in the development of marketing materials;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting (KPI);
• Working with target audiences, analyzing and forming ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);
• Planning work for digital advertising channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing;
• Assisting with planning Email marketing activities;
• Searching for new lead generation sources;
• Conducting competitor analysis and market monitoring to identify new opportunities;
• Analyzing user behavior and their journey on the website;
• Working with the website (increasing lead generation effectiveness);
• Creating briefs for advertising materials (texts, banners) for copywriters, designers, and analysts;
• Developing content strategies and content plans for social media.

What will be valuable for success in this position:

• Experience in B2B marketing for at least 1 year;
• Skills in independently setting up analytics;
• Experience in setting up and managing advertising campaigns in Google and Meta for at least 1 year;
• English proficiency at a B1 level;
• A strong desire to achieve set goals, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a readiness to take responsibility for your results.
