Junior IT Support Specialist

We invite you to join our team as a Junior IT Support Specialist.
We expect that you:
- Have at least 6 months of experience in IT support
- Possess strong skills in administering workstations based on Windows 10/11
- Have experience in user support and access management in corporate services
- Have basic knowledge of Linux Server, Active Directory, and VPN administration
- Understand the principles of account and group management in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Have experience in maintaining inventory of equipment, peripherals, licenses, and digital assets
- Have an English proficiency level sufficient for reading technical documentation
Main responsibilities:
- Providing technical user support: consultations, troubleshooting access issues, hardware and software failures, training users on new software and equipment
- Processing requests in the ticketing system: receiving, classifying, prioritizing, and monitoring their execution
- Managing corporate accounts and authorization
- Supporting office infrastructure and equipment
- Creating and updating technical documentation, optimizing processes
- Automating routine tasks, writing scripts
- Participating in the support of IT projects and services
