  • Have at least 2 years experience in IT recruitment;
  • Like work with people and know how recognize their motivation and soft skills;
  • Can draw the interest of the interlocutor from the first minutes of your speech;
  • Know how to find specialists using not only job-portals;
  • Strive to the constant development of your  professional skills;
  • your English level is from B1.

What you will do

  • A full cycle of recruitment: from meeting with hiring manager to sending Job Offer to the candidate);
  • Writing the vacancy descriptions and work with job-sites and other sources for searching candidates;
  • Leading all the interviews by call, Skype, e-mail, text in messengers screening online;
  • Taking part in IT-events to attract the candidates.
