QATestLab is looking for people who might become a part of our strong team! We’re looking
for an HR Manager who can easily build trusting relationships within teams, thrives on communication, and could work within established processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Be engaged in the lives of employees: organize and conduct one-to-one meetings, provide and collect feedbacks;
  • Support and control the onboarding process and employee transition to a new position;
  • Conduct exit interviews, support and control the process of employees exit;
  • Establish relationships with people and resolve operational and communication issues;
  • Participate in the implementation of the company’s HR projects (business processes, employer brand, training and development, loyalty program, etc.);
  • Create and deliver various types of reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR positions;
  • Proficiency in conducting 1-to-1 meetings and addressing cases of varying complexity;
  • Ability to onboard and adapt new employees.
