We are actively scaling up and inviting a communicative and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team!

We provide dedicated mentoring support to ensure a smooth adaptation to your new role and help you develop email marketing skills. 

We expect that you:

• Have 1+ year of experience in email marketing with a focus on email campaigns
• Have experience working with cold email lists
• Have basic skills in setting up, warming up, and managing domain reputation
• Have experience or theoretical knowledge of working with various email distribution tools (Mailgun and SparkPost)
• Have basic skills in HTML markup
• Are familiar with different CRMs
• Can analyze content and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness (we have a Content team)
• Have English proficiency at a B1 level

Main responsibilities:

• Setting up email distribution tools and warming domains
• Monitoring key metrics and analyzing email campaign performance
• Developing, planning, and launching email campaigns
• Managing email deliverability and domain reputation
• Coding emails (without writing the content)
• Segmenting email lists
• Plan, oversee, and evaluate content performance (excluding creation and publishing)
• Engaging in project-based marketing activities
