System/Jira Administrator

Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.
We expect that you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a Windows and Linux administrator
- Understand network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Have experience in administering Jira and Confluence
- Can configure and maintain network equipment
- Possess skills in using Grafana or Zabbix
- Write scripts to automate routine tasks
- Have experience in optimizing and troubleshooting VPN tunnels (IPsec VPN, WireGuard)
Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve user requests
- Maintain and service computer hardware and software
- Manage and monitor infrastructure, services, applications, and network resources
- Administer Jira and Confluence (creating automations, working with processes)
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
