  • Know how to write and conduct HR surveys;
  • Have worked with HR analytics.

What you will do

  • Actively participate in the process of new employees’ induction (meet new employees at the first day of their work, introduce them to the team and other employees, conduct interim meetings of the new employee and the employee’s manager, collect feedback);
  • Participate in daily meetings and one-to-ones with colleagues;
  • Help to organise events: informal team buildings, parties, important company dates;
  • Participate in projects directed toward the company HR brand development.
